Very welcoming and helpful staff. In the room a nice sweet surprise for us, but even treats for the dogs, a bed for them and bowls for them.
A very nice decorative room, comfortable bed and good shower.
The trattoria is very good and we can recommend the menu with accompanying wines. To make things perfect is a underground garage with lift up to the reception and rooms.

It is a comfortable hotel at the outskirts of Andernach (the city with the edible parks and a geyser). It has a huge gym area and a sauna and spa area that is also used by the people in the area as a go-to sports facility. They have these parts in excellent order. We also tried the adjacent restaurant and were happy with it. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The parking is free and directly next to the hotel (as there as so many daily visitors, there is enough parking space). The hotel is easily reachable by car.
Get a code to get in but the owners were inside and i vot a warm welcome ! There is a room were you can sit and get some refreshments from a machine. Nicely situated on the Markt in Andernach. Parking nearby.
