Everything!! From the moment we were greeted by the lady on reception who was charming and helpful we knew we were going to love this place
The room was spacious and comfortable especially the bed and the pillows, the shower room was large with an excellent shower,we also had an outside sitting area.although on a fairly busy road it was peaceful
We ate in the restaurant the staff were so helpful with the German menu Josie explained everything perfectly, the food was outstanding and delicious the best we have had on our European trip,the other waitress was very pleasant
Breakfast was superb excellent selection of dishes with good coffee 98

It felt really comfortable like being at home and the room and bathroom were well decorated and equipped with even things like ear buds and a shareable kitchen on the same floor

This is an exceptional hotel. Situated in a small and very clean town, it has exceeded my expectations each time I have stayed. Good parking, quiet and very good restaurant. Nothing to improve.
The central location in Ahrensburg was convenient for shops and the train station. The rooms in the 2 apartments which we rented were spacious and quite freshly painted and reasonably clean, and there was TV. The water was hot for showers, baths, etc., and there was a cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine in the kitchen (but no microwave).

Breakfast was good. Room OK but beginning to look tired. Room location at the front was far too noisy from the road noise and began to irritate. Ensure ask for a room at the rear of the hotel.
