The place is great - it is not a luxurious hotel of course, but it by far exceeds the expectations that one has when booking a hotel for travelers at short distance to the highway. Arriving at Hotel Haberkamp one finds a very comfortable well run hotel, extremely nice team and great food. It is a highly recommendable place!

All in all, this can be well recommended. Breakfast was not booked, but looked to be appropriate for other guests who did. Achim is, well, Achim, so not a lot going on, but there are a few good restaurants a short walk or drive nearby – Bootshaus, Gieschens, others. There is a large supermarkt on the opposite corner from the hotel. According to the owner, tea & coffee making facilities (outside of breakfast times) are about to drop.

The hotel is very new. Everything is clean. The room is spacious and has everything one needs.
The host, Paul Fischer, is very friendly, professional and extremely accommodating - he provided me with breakfast at 6:15 am although breakfast is normally from 7 am, so that I did not have to play golf on an empty stomach. Breakfast is always a nice experience.
My wife and I will definitely be back again. We highly recommend LindaundOtto!
The food was varied and the hotel was able to accommodate our dietary needs without any problems. The location is quiet next to an inlet off the river and still easily accessible by road. We had stayed at the hotel earlier in the year and would happily do so again.
