We really loved this place with its genius loci and beautiful view from the room. We loved corrridors, old stoves and pictures. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. Location is very convenient as well.

Do not be put off by the rather austere exterior. Inside the pension is comfortable and clean with large ensuite bedrooms and access to a small kitchen. The two sisters who run the pension are fantastic - very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is exceptional value for money and is delicious and varied, served with a smile and advice on how to spend your day. There is a bar with outside seating too. Food is available if you wish. The town centre and river are 5 minutes walk away.

We stayed in a magnificent house with a self contained truly enormous loft flat at "Vis a Vis house." The accommodation is truly awesome, decorated beautifully with just the right amount of quirkiness, well it is at least 200 years old, with a delightful garden, and litteral opposite Sigmund Freud's birth home and Musium, and a 2 Minuit walk to The Jane McAdam Freud Musium and Art Gallery, close to numerous places to eat. My wife and I adored the accomodation, and will not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it. The owner is Elegance personified (and Single and very good looking with charming manners and a smile to melt anyone) and an amazing pianist and composer of the highest level, yet did not hesitate when my beloved asked to play on his grand piano.

The property is set in pretty surrounding and felt very secure. We only had breakfast on one occasion and it had a good selection of cold food, bread and rolls.
The Penzion u Čápa was the perfect property for us to stay in and explore beautiful Příbor. The U Capa restaurant just around the corner offered a great menu with 10% discount for guests. We ate there twice, both meals were delicious and the staff were really friendly.
In terms of decor and furnishings, it was the most lavish pension / hotel etc. room where I have ever stayed. The owner said that he was interested in antiques and the Secession (I presume he meant the arts movement the Vienna Secession).
