Krnov is a small, quiet town but clean and tidy and pleasant. It is well-situated for some good walking/hiking and also has some great pubs. You can walk everywhere and enjoy the peace and quiet. The park was lovely.
Hotel Cvilin presents the image of being a top hotel coupled with a top restaurant. For many aspects, this is correct. However this image is let down by small mistakes and slightly insufficiently trained staff.
The staff service level and friendliness is excellent however the staff in the Restaurant seems to be overworked and, due to this, they make small mistakes.
We will definitely stay at Hotel Cvilin again when ever we are in the Krnov area.
Simple old fashioned hospitality at an affordable price.
This is no glamour hotel and unfortunately no restaurant open but it has honest charm and we had a roomy apartment for the price of a room.
Everything works and nice and clean with a host who is expert with the translate app!!
The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent bathrooms. The view of the sunset the night we stayed was spectacular, the hotel being out of town at the top of a hill.
