Now this place was rated based on what I expected.
I only wanted a place to stay for one night as I was travelling the next morning.
I just wanted basics, and I got basics, but very efficient and good basics.
The room was up the stairs
The room was very large and appeared clean (loved this space). + large bed, well heated (temps were in low 50s), and had a heated drying vertical stand for clothes in bathroom.
Also had large desk with a couple of very comfortable chairs.
Bathroom was clean enough, and shower was sufficiently large.
I thought the towels could be a little more fresh.
Large windows.
We had a key to our door and felt really safe.
We left early in the morning and didn't need breakfast that they were selling cash price.
There were no surprises really.

The facility is fairly new hotel and very clean. We initially had a situation with the shower door. When we reported it, they promptly sent up a man to fix it. When he saw the door, he said we would get a new room and kept his word. He even helped us move our belongings.
