The hotel's design is nicely done; it's clear they wanted to create something that made an impression, and I'd say they succeeded. We got a room upgrade; the room we got was spacious and modern, the beds comfortable, the shower strong and hot, and the balcony was nice for enjoying a bit of the autumn sun. The welcome drink in the bar was a nice touch, and the breakfast had a very good selection, and the quality was good too. Location wise, it's ideal if coming by train; the train station is 5 minutes in one direction, and the heart of the city five minutes in the other direction.
Set among 17th century timber buildings, this hotel offers nonsmoking rooms and a communal kitchen with an electric hob. It is located in Liberec, 2.5 mi from Ještěd ski resort.

Horrible experience.
This hotel must get hardly rate of 6.
The rooms are very small. Half of room have cuted ceiling so your head suffers, smell of sewerage not leaving you in the room, location not convenient, parking problematic, price too high, spa and pool did not work at day we arrived. Price for pool is ridiculous , after 2 pm it cost 50 euro per hour for children’s small and dirty pool ?!
No elevator to get to the 3d floor.
No privacy. You can hear all your neighbors.

We had a terrific time here, despite only staying for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and though it wasn't very big it was comfortable and fun to stay in. The hotel is located quite far from the city center but there is a tram station right outside that takes you all the way to town - and they sell tram tickets at the reception desk, so it's very convenient. We also had a couple's massage treatment here which was terrific.

A lovely clean hotel, staff were very friendly, breakfast in the morning was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.

Hotel reception were all younger people who were very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions especially about how to travel back to the bus stop we needed as we were leaving the next day early with luggage!
The giant pillows were very comfortable and made up for how horribly hard and uncomfortable the beds (2 twins) were!
Location was good and centralized to what we wanted to see and explore. Additionally, it is conveniently located to the tram and bus lines which made it easy for us to meet our bus early the next day as we needed to leave on the Flixbus leaving from the Fürguenova bus stop to Prague.
*Side note: Wr HIGHLY recommend taking the Flixbus over the train if you’re traveling long distance to a short distances spot. It’s CHEAP and it’s a great way to see the scenery outside of the city.
Kitchen/breakfast staff were also super friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet spread was AMAZING! Everything you could possibly want AND all fresh. A couple of guests specifically wanted something else (fried eggs maybe??) so the cook made them for them so, apparently if you don’t want any of the deliciously prepared food in the buffet, you can special order?!
