The room was actually not in the Podhrad hotel but in a different building next to the main hotel. The parking was good and the room was clean with a magnificent view over the golf course and mountains in the distance, very nice. The room was very quiet and very clean. The breakfast and spa facilities were excellent, definitely recommended.

As we were looking for, we got the best price/value ratio. Perfect location and availability, able to reach from every destination and everything was max. 10 minutes by foot. Car parking is for free, restaurant service and prices are the best we tried in the town. Staff of the hotel and the restaurant was kind, friendly and happy to give service. We will be back :)

Unfortunately my stay was too short and the weather was not on our side. We only saw Hluboka Castle, which we were very impressed by. Great architecture, exterior and interior. An incredible experience. Definitely worth seeing.

Beautiful castle, within easy walking distance of the centre of the town. Good restaurants, although not a lot of variety of choice. The train station is a long way from the town, approx. 45 minutes walk. Highly recommended for a couple of days visit, especially in summer when the outdoor attractions are available.

excellent facilities. I had read some negative reviews so I got conscious. But the hotel exceeded my expectations. Spacious room. Clean linen and bed covers with mini bar and fridge. Super clean toilet with bathtub and necessary toiletries. Staff was super helpful.
Staying the night in this palace/castle. >Very friendly staff, massive room, nice swimming pool and fitness equipment, super location in a smal place, next door to another castle and a lot of restaurants in the small town Hluboká nad Vltavou.
Its clean and the stuff including Lucie the receptionest and Martin in the restaurant are superr friendly , proffesional and they were so friendly to us and to our dog, location is perfect with easy access to hotel exclusive parking area
