Everything about my stay in this hotel was amazing. From the food, location right in front of Nissi Beach (with an amazing view from our room) and safety, but most importantly, the people working in the hotel. Marko was super helpful with dragging all of our luggage to the apartment when we arrived. The swim-up apartment was great. Food was very good. The kids' pool was shaded which was good. We got a nice surprise of sparkling wine and fresh fruits delivered to our doorstep for a birthday celebration.
Cleanliness in the rooms could have been better when we arrived. The kids playground would have benefitted from a sandpit (assuming it is possible to keep the cats out). The kids room could have been supplied better and/or supervised.

Very beautiful beaches and lots of exciting stuff to do! Would definitely recommend checking out both the Old and New Marinas. You should do one of the submarine boat rides. We tried the "Yellow Submarine", it was fantastic. We got to go under water and see Cyprus from a different view. Many beautiful species of fish and you get a chance to swim in the bluest water by the sea caves.
Also took the kids to the fun fair, so much to do and ample parking. We recommend going to Nissi Beach ;)

Ayia Napa is a lovely resort with all sorts for everybody of all ages. I think it is primarily aimed at 18-30's although you can , as an adult, find amazing restraunts and amazing beaches to spend a great holiday. The whole young scene is not what its all about 100% so dont write it off due to having these thoughts on it. Great for kids and adults alike, as well as the 18-30 mob...!!!

I've recently been to Sardegna and I can tell that Ayia Napa is as beautiful and people here don't try to charge you for everything. Free parking. Free toilets. Everything cheaper.
They don't charge for "coperto" at the restaurants. You don't have to pay or have to reserve to go to the beach. Last June I went to Zakynthos, Greece, with my son and on the first day at the beach I put my bag on the chair and waited for the guy to come and tell me how much it was. He came with like a paper notebook and charged me €20. I said no thank you which he replied: get your things and go away!!!!! I wasn't even sitting down. Only my bag was on the chair. So Rude. Here, is €2.50 per chair or umbrella. Any beach you go is the same price.

OK for a few days drinking & partying, the beach was crowded, fights for sunbeds, the quality of restaurants is OK but nothing special. I think maybe I'm a bit to old for Ayia Napa and I would choose another location in Cyprus next time I visit.

Ayia Napa in general is ok as a tourist destination. RAMADA Hotel was not to my expectations. Not safe as thieves stole things from quests especially in the pool. Hotel’s pool dirty and unhealthy. Water park in a bad state and unsafe to use.
We only stayed here one night, however, was very satisfied with everything. The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa. 5 mins walking distance to bars/restaurants and the nightlife. Despite being close to the noisy centre of Ayia Napa, around the hotel was quiet and we had a good night s sleep. The room was spacious and had a modern finish. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, it was safe and family friendly. In my opinion it was above average for similarly priced places in Ayia Napa.
Location is superb. Right on the step of one of the best beaches is cyprus - nissi beach, which is good place to hang out during the day, loads of people there, good vibes. hotel has nice facilities overal, but pools are freezing cold, breakfast is repetant and not much to do during the day. so beach you have to try, as it a has a small island in a lagoon and pics are just fantastic. bare in mind its about 10€ one way to get a taxi to Ayia Napa town center where all the evening/night action happens
Everything was perfect! Food is so abondant and delicious, the waiters are kind and friendly thanks Andreas, Marios, Georgia, samanta, etc. Localisation is perfect in 5 minutes you are in the best cyprus beach: nissi beach, so near the bus station if you want go Protaras or Ayia Napa, every night we enjoyed very good shows and there are shows for children. Definitely i ll repeat. I recommend. In 2 steps you are in s pretty beach view place
