We were picked up by car by Eka. That way it was very easy to reach the appartment. She immediately gave us a tour of the appartment.

Fantastic Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The space was clean and modern, providing all the comforts we needed. The surrounding area felt very safe, and it was conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The 24-hour security gave us extra peace of mind, and the hotel manager, José, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even called to check if everything was to our liking and if we needed any assistance. We highly recommend this place!

Sal Rei is he Capitaol of Boa Vista Cape Verde. It is a small city on the water. There are many options for hotel and restaurants. It is tropical in temperature so dress accordingly. Expolre all of the food(restaurant) options as there are many. The beach is fantastic

A lovely little town of exceptionally friendly folk. The vibe was relaxed, we all felt safe, even travelling with young kids, and it was nice to get away from our city life. People really welcomed us and we could see that it was a genuine interest towards us which made all the difference. The beach is outstanding, very clean, unspoiled and peaceful and goes on for miles. The food was beautifully seasoned everywhere we went and everyone gave us a smile. Beautiful place.

Sal Rei, although the capital of Boa Vista is small and the people are friendly. It is easily posible to walk around Sal Rei in an hour. Several beach bars in the area where you can just chill. Everything is very relaxed.

Perfect place to relax if you like a beach destination. In the island there are plenty of really nice white sand beaches completely empty. Very calm place. I would not recommend it though if you are looking for a party place, they have a few bars but not many people around. Locals are lovely and food is great. Good for a relaxing holidays but I would not stay more than a week as there is not much to do around.

Sal Rei is small and the locals are very nice and sympathetic. The local language is Portuguese but you always gonna found someone that speaks English. In the center you can found cellphone chip, gas station, supermarket, bakery, simple but good!
For those who wants to Kitesurf, Morabeza beach is the point, the wind is offshore and gusty, but most of the kite schools they have a little boat that can help you to come back to the beach, rescue your board, etc.

Sal Rei is a small, developing town that is really hoping to expand and attract more visitors. The locals were friendly and we felt safe walking everywhere, even at night. There is construction going on everywhere from the town square to housing on the outskirts. It was about a 30 minute walk from one side of town to the other, and taxis were readily available. Roads are cobblestone and/or dirt, so sturdy shoes are a good idea. Cash is recommended, as there are still many restaurants and shops that do no accept cards. It's a good idea to bring Euros with you, as the ATMs do not always have money (Escudos) available. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded, but can be quite windy. The serra at Té Manché was excellent, as was the pizza at Ristorante Pizzeria O Gato & A Raposa.
The room was the perfect size for a working traveler or a couple with a a nice bedroom and big living room/kitchen. The outside area is super cute and it’s close to the beach and the city. Great value for money!
But the real gem of the property is its owner. Fabio is helpful, sweet, and goes above and beyond what a host usually provides. You feel like you’re staying with family rather than a hotel ❤️❤️❤️
Quite difficult as hosts representative didn’t speak English and we do t speak Portuguese. I thought I had paid through booking.com but apparently hadn’t and had to pay in cash local currency which I didn’t have. In addition there was tourist tax (which I had previously paid for three weeks at previous hotel) and cleaning charge not mentioned on booking.com
Carolina is the perfect host : she gave us many advices to have a perfect stay in Boa Vista. Her appartment is nice, modern, well equiped and clean. Great location too : 5 minutes from the beach and center. I recommand this place 100% !
