The Finca has it all. When we were looking to stay in Arenal, we didn’t really like any of the lodgings in Arenal. We are not hot springs/spa people, so we were willing to drive (solid 40 minutes, flat roads and not treacherous like some other places) to stay at an interesting place, and we are really glad we found this place. From booking to the end of our stay, we had an amazing time here. We stayed at the one BR villa, and it was gorgeous. We woke up to the sound of animals and a horse that came over to our room every morning. The cleaning ladies came every day and did a lovely job cleaning our villa. It was so relaxing to walk around the finca and see the Shetland ponies, horses, pigs, quails, etc. Free breakfast was not necessary, but we appreciated and ate it each morning before we left to hike, trail bike, horseback riding (it’s the best at the finca), rafting (Arenal rafting, the best), etc. We would return and then enjoy the pool at night while gazing at the stars. The staff were amazing. They were so attentive to every question we had from booking, during our stay, and they were very professional and friendly to boot. Thank you to everyone who took good care of us. We really had the most relaxing time here. I don’t think our trip would have been as wonderful if we hadn’t stayed here.
