This motel was convenient for the transfer to Tortuguero and the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are very basic but that’s reflected in the price. The reception was quite disorganised and charged my credit card in the wrong currency. We did see amazing birds and wildlife in the gardens.

Beautifully decorated and equipped cabaña with good shower ( hot/cold) and fridge. Very comfy. The balcony ( 2 sides) is just fantastic - tranquil setting, perfect for relaxing or birdwatching. On top the best typical breakfast of my several weeks CR trip. Karen is very attentive and tries to make the stay a memorable one. For the Guapiles area certainly the best choice.

The communication with the host was very easy, always quickly responding via text and very polite. Check-in and out super easy. The house fits the description and the pictures. It is spacious, with a large terrace overviewing the nice big garden. Wifi worked well, the living room with the TV/Netflix included was a luxury plus. On the property there was also a Mechanic living that does the works around the house. Very friendly guy, brought us over some eggs and fruits.
