his place is truly heaven on earth. We loved our stay so much! The owners are extremely caring, attentive to every detail, and very welcoming. The property is beautiful—photos don’t do it justice. We saw so many birds, frogs, and even enjoyed the company of their wonderful dog, Perita. We also did the vanilla tour and absolutely loved it! We learned so much about how vanilla is grown and the different types available.
Our stay was fantastic, and the food was the best we had in Costa Rica—absolutely delicious. Initially, I had some hesitations because the hotel seemed to be located in the middle of nowhere, but don’t let that stop you. We actually enjoyed the drive to the hotel. The road is a bit bumpy, but that just added to the adventure, and we loved it!

Good selections for breakfast. However, when something is ordered that is not on the breakfast menu instead, it might be nice to provide a credit toward the cost. The property is beautiful and the amenities are excellent.
