The staff was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Air conditioning was working well and the pool was very clean and wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the location is peaceful after a long day.

can’t say enough good things about this place! it’s wonderful and perfect in every way. the staff are warm and attentive, private chef made us curated meals, there was even a private jacuzzi embedded in the jungle! A must stay for anyone traveling in the area

The hotel location was perfect for us as we were exploring the area. The Centro Comercial Montegeneral is within walking distance from the hotel. The drive to the the Perez Zeledon central area was about 15-20 minutes to Dominical around one hour.
The hotel itself has an onsite restaurant, pool, spa and gym.
The hotel staff very helpful and courteous especially Carlos and Stephanie too
we are studying Spanish so we really appreciated they were able to speak and understand English as well as Spanish.
The restaurant server and overall great guy Bernie made our dining experience extra special.
Our room was spacious, clean comfortable beds and lots of storage space. Good internet service.

This hotel was great. It has an incredible view and is peacful. The gardens are beautiful and everything is very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We loved this hotel and will return on our next visit to this area. The rooms are also a very good value.
