The staff were utterly superb. Rooms clean & quiet. It was a bonus to have an excellent restaurant on site as the hotel is quite remote, food in the restaurant was top notch served by very helpful staff. Pool was enjoyable & relaxing, pay no heed to comments about the pool being dirty, it's not, just leaves from surrounding trees. Highly recommend this hotel to relax and prepare for your onward journey.

Beautiful grounds with landscaped gardens and some bird life. Lovely and peaceful apart from the odd airplane (but that's because you're near to the airport). They have a reliable hourly airport transfer bus which is simple to arrange and arrived on time. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Surrounded by native trees and gardens, this hotel is next to Pan American Highway, 4 km from Juan Santamaría International Airport. It offers a pool and free airport shuttle.

Loved the ‘Hacienda’ style of the place. Staff extremely helpful especially with an early check in. Everything lovely and clean! The Food & Staff in the restaurant were also excellent.

I cannot recommend the employees enough - they were so helpful and there’s nothing they wouldn’t do to help anyone.
I used Uber to get around - this worked well.Do consider hiring a car or booking better transport when going to tourist spots further away and try. It use the red taxi’s unless you speak Spanish as they do take advantage of tourists!
