This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever been. The property is gorgeous and there is so much to do and see around the property that you really don’t have to go other places for activities. You get access to swim in Rio celeste, as well as explore their aviary and paths. (I highly recommend going into the aviary at night and looking for frogs and toads). We saw the most animals just hanging out at the river all day and looking in the trees and ground.
The staff is so helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to give recommendations and help with bus schedule etc. The connected resturaunt has great food and drinks and it was so convenient that it was connected to the hotel. The rooms are clean and have ac which is all I really need:) Wish I could’ve stayed longer and will hopefully be back in the future!

Location was great! Extremely close to Parque Nacional Volcan Tenerio which was exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was spot on and ready at the time we requested. Room was big and spacious. We only stayed for 1 night but would have easily stayed a couple more

Loved how quiet it was and away from the city! Cute way to camp but more elevated 😊 had everything we needed! Hosts were very friendly and made us hot drinks and snacks!

We loved this place - even my friend who didn't want to camp or glamp or anything tent related. It was peaceful, easy to get to Rio Celeste, and multiple restaurants that weren't too far away. This place had everything someone could want - AC, a TV (we didn't use it), a fan, mini fridge, cooler (you have to get your own ice for it), and cooking items. We sat on the porch every morning/evening. I loved the open air shower. We saw multiple birds in the mornings and listened to the cicadas in the evenings. It was lovely.
Apparently they also offer ATV and horse tours, but we weren't able to take advantage.

We had a lovely stay here! Surrounded by nature, you feel like in a jungle paradise. The staff were very nice and helped us plan our activities. There is also a restaurant nearby (just a few metres away).
Restaurant in front had great food. Staff was wonderful.
Restaurant in front had great food. Staff was wonderful. And the restaurant was fairly priced as compared to other places in CR.
Access to the river at the back of the property was the highlight. We spent a long time playing in the river. And it felt so private. And it was free!

The place is an incredible value for what you pay.
The place is an incredible value for what you pay. The room is simple, very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful- be sure to walk down to the lake and the trail along the river! Seeing the pineapple field was really cool too. The people were so kind and breakfast was perfect. It was nice to sit in the hammocks while a rain storm came through. Perfect spot near Rio Celeste!

Tenorio Volcano National Park is a must visit to enjoy seeing Rio Celeste. Was a moderately difficult hike for our little family of five with small children, but they did great. Get there early or you'll have very long lines!

The place is without a doubt wonderful.
The place is without a doubt wonderful.
The route is very pleasant and suitable for all types of hikers, it is not required to have a great physical condition.
The photos are spectacular.
Take into account that if the weather is rainy even in the days prior to the visit, the river water will look cloudy / muddy / dirty, and you will not be able to see anything spectacular, just like a normal and common river. Good luck with the weather !!!
