The view from this property was exceptional which made the trip very worth while. The garden area is beautiful. Even though zip lining is behind, it is very quiet. The area is incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. Sergio was excellent and incredibly helpful.

Idyllic position. Simple but delightful rooms with the most amazing incredible views of Arenal ( lake & volcano) . Delicious coffee, breakfast and supper. stayed for 3 nights which was just enough ( 2 would have been too short as so much to do in the area) .

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Staff are exceptional - very helpful and well informed. The vegetarian food served is delicious and imaginative, grown on their farm. Beautiful surroundings and places to walk and relax with . yoga, massage and a spa. Excellent tours on site. It seems to attract very nice guests and meal times were a great opportunity to talk together. We felt very relaxed and were sorry to leave

The view of the volcano and jungle from our huge balcony was incredible. We saw lots of wildlife sitting on the rocking chairs outside, and we loved the balcony jacuzzi bath.
We had a suite which included 2 bedrooms, a sitting area and a little kitchen which was absolutely perfect for our family of 5.
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern and it was all spotlessly clean.
The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the resort nature trail.

What a place! It exceeded all my expectations. I had cabin 7 with the most amazing view of the volcano and the incredibly well kept gardens. Very comfy bed, useful fridge, spacious room, super clean, and a very private terrace area with table and chairs. Great AC too.
The hotel has its own little forest trail with stream where I photographed some great birds.
The location is superb for a bird photographer like me. Nice and quiet but within easy reach of all the places I wanted to go. Free allocated parking space and easy walk to the cabins.
Breakfast was typical Tico, buffet style and plenty of it. There's a mini market (no fresh stuff but great for drinks and snacks) and a wonderful bakery cafe called Raul Castano within a 200yd walk.
Brian the receptionist is fab and speaks great English. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and polite.
Highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

Our trip was mostly rejuvenation, health and to access the volcano and hot springs. We went to Arenal park and hiked the trail to the Volcano. We saw a Capibara but most other wildlife is best viewed in the early morning. There were a lot of orchids in bloom along the trails. Going to EcoTermales Hotspring was the highlight. It's a gorgeous naturally constructed spa with layered pools, waterfalls all built with stacked granite rockery, bridges and pathways connect the pools, and there's plenty of seating, an open bar that serves the best mixed drinks. The restaurant served fresh healthy assortment of seafood and meats with veggie dishes with dessert at Lunch. The water was fed from the natural hotspring, which was circulated , refreshed constantly with fresh volcanic water. Attention to the holistic elements of nature were throughout. Staff and Service were top notch.
