It’s actually a simple hotel with a big pool. The nature around is great but basically that’s it what was special about the property.

The big pros: 10-15 minute walk to local access of the beach, relatively comfortable beds (the mattresses appeared to be new, and had comfort tops), and the pool is set back into the trees, so it feels very immersed in the rainforest. The two staff members we interacted with were also very friendly, as was the very charming rescue dog in the office.

Views are incredible, breakfasts were wonderful. It's probably rustic compared to most places in the states, so make sure the expectations match the region. Ellie and Manuela were wonderful, great sources of local info and just wonderful people overall. The hosts are a major highlight of this hotel

This is an exceptional boutique hotel situated high up in the jungle mountain. It has an amazing view to the ocean and jungle and the sunsets are just gorgеous . The view, the room, the facilities, the food, the atmosphere... Everything was amazing in this hotel. You literally are bathed night and day in the jungle. We discovered a tree full of toucans and monkeys just as we arrived in the room, from our terrace! The staff and food were also wonderful. Completely worth your money, highly recommend!
