The individual bungalows were wonderful, clean and had good space. The views of the lake were spectacular and the sounds of the forest around us were a joy to wake up to. The daily breakfasts were delicious and the staff and owners of the property were friendly and helpful.

It is a beautiful place, Trend, Javier, and Israel are amazing hosts, and it is an amicable environment.
The place is charming and clean and the pool is relaxing. It is only 3 minutes long from the city center
The room was clean, and the bed was amazing.
Breakfast was delicious.
We loved the two dogs "Kila" and "Feo" and the parrot "Pepa".

The location was beautiful, but very far away from town and activities. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous after a long day hiking. The staff could not have been better! They were all kind and fabulous. Lots of room between cottages so we really felt like we were alone the whole time. The young woman in the restaurant brought us our food we ordered each night and it the food was fantastic.
Offering spectacular views of Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano, Mystica has an outdoor pool, yoga platform and free WiFi in the restaurant and lobby.

The staff and location were great for visiting Monteverde and then heading to La Fortuna later. The grounds are well kept and beautiful with great views. We’d say this was more rustic of an accommodation which isn’t negative but do expect being in a cabin like setting.

Great location and breakfast at this cute family-owned Bed and Breakfast. The grounds in the back are stunning and the rooms were super charming and comfortable. The highlight was lingering at breakfast and watching the gorgeous birds, including a pair of parrots that live on the property, and listening to the rain. The breakfast was delicious and they provided basic cereal and hot chocolate for the younger kids. The abuela and her nieta who run the place were lovely. The little fast food place next door was also run by a super sweet lady who stayed open later to make dinner for my kids, since we arrived at around 6 and most places were closed.
Monte Terras is located 328 feet from Lake Arenal and 5 minutes’ walk from Tronadora Main Square. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout.

Easy to find, very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Lovely breakfast, and enjoyed the backyard, homey feel of the area in front of the cabins.

only down side is the busy narrow road around the town.
Outer locations were quieter!
We Loved Nuevo Arenal. It is a quaint little town about 40 min from Arenal Town. Although you can not see the Volcano from there, there are Beautiful views of Lake Arenal.. Great Restaurants and People.
