Beautiful historic building from the 1500s that has been well maintained. It is very pleasant and a good value. The photos online accurately depict the rooms and the common spaces. Staff are warm, friendly, and helpful and the breakfasts were great.
Small town, with all the necessary things to buy. Few restaurants, low commerce and souvenir shopping. Yo can go down to Guatavita (15 minute drive) to buy your souvenirs or eat at restaurants. Sesquile is great if you like mountain biking.
