During our vacation, we lost an Apple Watch at one of the tourist beaches (not at the hotel). We located the watch, but as tourists, decided to ask the hotel staff for opinions and help.
The staff were all very helpful, calling the police and helping us get the help we required. In the end, we were able to find and retrieve the watch, all with the help of the hotel staff and police assistance!

Even though we arrived late and were just passing through, we were warmly welcomed. The collector and inventor has put many things together to create a really interesting place to sleep. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to discover all the treasures and animals. There is also warm water, soft towels and a comfortable bed within walking distance of the airport.

Amazing water and beaches. Underwhelming food (almost all seafood was tilapia / salmon / shrimp from Vietnam or Ecuador) and fried. Great party island, not so much a relaxing place. All that said, the botanical gardens are superb!

Too expensive.
Too expensive. 45 USD permit per person just to set foot on the island is steep.
10% room tax is also added on to all hotel rooms.
Outside of the north east, it's very remote and very few shops.
In bad weather, there's basically nothing to do but sit in your room and watch TV/browse.

Beautiful beaches, islands and see water. A place full of interesting activities ranging from tranquility to full thrilling adventures. We only stayed for 3 days, regrettably. I would recommend 7 days to explore what it has to offer.
Hiring a Mule and spending one day exploring the island is a must. It was our best day!

First off, beautiful people.
First off, beautiful people. Beautiful place, would love to have seen the South End of the Island. If you want sun , warmth, relaxation and beautiful hospitality. This is the place. I’ve been to other Caribbean locations, this place has not been destroyed by the large resorts. Go there before it gets overpriced.

You should visit the natural acuarium, ponton Platinum will fix perfectly if you want to visit the sea tourist areas. Rent a mule is a great option to move around the island. Night life will be an amazing experience.

The restaurant is incredible, the food is so tasty and I really recommend the pasta and the pizza. After 2 months of travelling in Colombia, missing Italian food, this restaurant satisfied every need. I liked the pool facilities, the attentive staff and the location. Very good for women traveling alone, as I felt safe walking at night to and from the hotel.
It is not a luxury hotel but that was clear from the beginning. Hot water and good internet, both difficult to find on the island. Shirley is a great host, very helpful and charming. Location is the best, right on the less crowded part of the beach.
Excellent location, rooms are beautiful and modern, also the hotel is in the center part of the island but is far away from the noise party, so thats great. the breakfast was improving when I was there by a new menu and it was an excellent upgrade.
The staff is fine (most Colombians/locals so, nice people) and the location is okay (not the best, not the worst). They have a shared kitchen and wifi. The shared bedrooms have a private bathroom and you have a space to leave your bags.
