it was just the last afternoon and night before our flight back home. we did have coffee in the lobby cafe, had lunch nearby (2 min by car) and in check out at 5 am went super smooth. we were within 7 minutes at the airport- where we dropped of the car. it is very close and easy access to the airport, which was our purpose to book this hotel.

rionegro is lovely. star suites, not so much. there were cracks the walls, daylight and noise coming through. the bed was wet. ceiling tiles askew. apparently, it has no address, so GPS to locate is worthless. and i have to ask, how could a business like booking. com even promote a property like this on their website?

I love San Nicolas for shopping.
I love San Nicolas for shopping. Rionegro is hectic, and growth is uncontrolled. The outskirts of Rionegro are incredible, and there are quiet spots if you get away from the city. You have to be careful about your belongings and crimes of opportunity.

I discovered this hotel four stays ago when I needed a place...
I discovered this hotel four stays ago when I needed a place for 6 hours before a late night flight out of Colombia. I keep coming back whenever I can because it is quite, very clean, restful and economical. The family that owns and runs it is always super friendly and I enjoy talking with them. The airport shuttle is fast and reliable. This is a simple hotel, but perhaps the best value I have ever come across. It has become more than just a place to stay, but really a part of my frequent trips to Colombia that I look forward to.

We stayed just overnight in order to take an international flight the next day. We like to do this, even if the schedule flight allows us to drive from the nearest city Medellin.
The hotel Las Lomas is nice, clean and has the perfect location to relax before an international flight.

Location - minutes from the airport. Shuttle service good with large vehicle and liveried driver. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff excellent but don't expect anyone to speak English. New accommodation to rear away from traffic. Main road passes directly outside front of hotel. Great restaurants next door.
A lot of plants next to hotel:) really like it, 24/7 help on whatsapp,close to the airport that’s why we stayed there, internet ok, payment by card, good restaurant in hotel
