The rooms that I chose was tiny, so I had to change it for 2 suites and pay more that I expected. That was so bad and unpleasant.
On the other hand, you have to put in the booking page that we have to pay at the hotel… because I put my credit card and you never charged it.
Finally the hotel staff told me about the situation and I paid on desk.
In the future, you must include all the necessary information

We had an excellent stay. The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to take care of us. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean and well cared for. As a bonus, there were board games and activities at the patio, a trampoline for the kids, netflix on the TV, and day passes to the nearby beach club. One day we also paid for day passes for some family members to hang out at the hotel with us for the day, and we had a very nice family gathering.
