It's beautiful and very clean. The room was decently sized, comfortable, the beds were very well made, the linens were sooo comofrtable and it smelled really nice. The satff were very nice and very attentive our needs and the breakfasts were delicious and really large, so we actually shared 1 between 2 people and it was more than enough.

Hotel is quite new and confortable. Big room and nice shower. Wifi worked mostly ok. A/C was a plus, since Palmira can be quite warm. Young man at reception was very nice and helpful.
