My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Hacienda Bambusa and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It is in a very rural area in the middle of amazing terrain. Every view was spectacular and the bird watching was mesmerizing ( I don't even bird watching). All of the staff is incredibly attentive and made us happy to be their guest. A special callout to the office manager, Paula. She can give a masterclass on 5-star hospitality. She not only greeted every guest as they arrived, but she made sure to remember their names and check in with them at least once every day. Her warm attitude definitely spred to the remainder of the staff. We also adored our English translator and guide, John. The is contracted by the hacienda and provided us two days of enjoyable activities and company.

The hotel is in the center of the city, really well located. For those who have a car, there is a parking close that is not expensive and secure ( it might not look safe, but you can trust). Wonderful and magnificent staff, really friendly and willing to help with everything you need.
The hotel provides you with a towel and a couple of soap pieces. You can buy shampoo or other amenities as toothpaste, razor-blades... there. I recommend you to have the breakfast there, the price is fair, really good and it is made by the owners, I am sure you will enjoy it. They really procure customers get everything they might need and ensure that their stay is comfortable enough. 100% recommended.
