The hotel location was great for meeting my friends, for the first 4 or 5 days of construction banging at 7:30 am, which woke me up each morning. The worst was the bathroom smell of sewage daily because I had already emptied my luggage I stayed in the room, and my friend told the hotel staff they did nothing, one housekeeper put some disinfectant that had a good smell that lasted 2 hours, even with the bathroom door closed the smell was awful, so I put the AC on 16 to fight with the smell.
Good breakfast, fair price, huge and comfortable bed, huge swimmingpool, very kind owner and staff, nice view, quiet and safe area. For sure one of the best options for Cartago!
