Nothing. Bad staff, bad location, changed my reservation without notice, didn't evet care about compensating for that (of course I asked). Very loud and ugly music in the pool area. Worst hotel ever!

I found the breakfast to be quite satisfying, offering a good variety of options to start the day on a positive note. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I was pleased with these aspects of my stay and would consider returning in the future
This was very nice for a quick stay in Buga. The apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is close to the Basilica and other things to see in Buga. Close to grocery shops, but a little far from restaurants.
Buga is very hot and sticky but the hotel has a magnificent pool and the rooms had Aircon! Great poolside bar/lunchtime meals. A short walk to the Basilica
