- I was upgraded to a larger and much better room at the Oz Hotel, which was a huge plus compared to the smaller rooms at OzLuxury hotel. - The staff was incredibly accommodating and super nice, assisting me with laundry and even offering a free dinner on my first evening. - The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. - The breakfast was absolutely stunning with a lot of variety, and the staff kept everything clean and replenished until 10 AM, which was impressive. - The hotel is close to the beach and all necessary amenities. - The checkout time of 1 PM was a big bonus, giving me extra time to relax before leaving. - The overall value for money was excellent, and the security was good.

The room smelt of mildew ( we even changed room, still the same). The fan only worked on high speed, so you couldn't leave it on. The air-conditioning was extremely loud. The bathroom is in a desperate need for a makeover. The pool was cloudy, we didn't swim in it. At breakfast, they tilted the coffee urn to give us the dregs. There was hot chocolate all over the bench, no rush to clean it. Sorry in the wrong spot.

First of all the location is fantastic you just have to walk a few steps and there you are at the beach ⛱️. Allison Michelle the front desk girl went above and beyond giving us the best tips and service. We arrived really early and Allison Michelle took care of our lounge and gave us beach towels to go right away to enjoy the beach. The Hotel has a lot of amenities such as a gym, great pool located on the 18 floor with an amazing snack where Sergio the bar tender made us feel like home. The restaurant has a fantastic selection of different kinds of food with the amazing service from the staffing. I definitely recommend it to go and have a blast in Cartagena Plaza Hotel. The only risk is falling in love with it.
