The room smelt of mildew ( we even changed room, still the same). The fan only worked on high speed, so you couldn't leave it on.
The air-conditioning was extremely loud.
The bathroom is in a desperate need for a makeover.
The pool was cloudy, we didn't swim in it.
At breakfast, they tilted the coffee urn to give us the dregs. There was hot chocolate all over the bench, no rush to clean it.
