Amazing views & extremely nice staff who made us feel very welcome. We were staying in the glamping room which we loved. One night there was a heavy thunderstorm and staff offered to move us to the main hotel building for the night in case we don’t feel safe in the glamping. We actually ended up using the option so that was very helpful.
If we had any issues whatsoever they were resolved immediately therefore I can only reccomend Avani :)

- beds were extra small with synthetic matrass protections, very irritating
- jacuzzi was not filled
- water was missing for 2 hours in the morning
- loud pump was running for an hour to fill pumps.
- food was not good. They don't even have menu of what they can offer
- common pool was dirty
- they were very pushy promoting their extra experiences
