A beautiful hotel with a large, clean swimming pool. Everything is very clean and well tended. The mattresses on the sunbeds were very comfortable with lots of different seating options. However, I can only give it a 6-7 as there was no lock on my door, so anyone could walk in day or night. The owner bombarded me with 33 messages and photos before I arrived, including a menu. Complete overkill. 1 message confirming arrival date and check in is enough. They don't take credit cards so payment was an unnecessary nightmare with the owner insisting I paid half the day before arrival with a bank transfer through Wompi and then another bank transfer after arrival. Shame.

Santa Fe is a beautiful old town, with truly original Spanish colonial architecture. Really better explored by walking, or maybe a 3 wheel motorized cart, or motorcycle, but not by car. There is very little parking, and the narrow roads in the old center don't accommodate 4 wheel vehicles. We found excellent restaurants using Google maps, inexpensive to very affordable. We enjoyed the Museo Juan de Corral for local history. The churches are very beautiful.

I haven't stayed in Santa Fe de Antioquia for a long time, they have done an excellent job improving the tourist sites and the quality of the restaurants. I was surprised by the quality of the craft brewery that works in the main square.

A beautiful town with great ambience, from the picturesque Plaza Major, the streets around, to Plaza Menor. There are lots of small cafes to enjoy delicious jugos, great coffees and cakes plus satisfying meals. I wish we’d had longer in order to explore a bit more and also simply to relax. .. it’s perfect for that. The tourist information office is extremely helpful, justly proud of their town.

Lovely town, easy to walk..several things to see and do in town or around. Churches, plazas (some of the best in Colombia), market stalls, atmosphere.....lovely and somewhat different feel from other colonial towns.

We liked the fact that it is a traditional colonial village with very few tourists. A great zocalol (square) with with trees and large blooming bushes. Many people gathered in the square at night when it was cooler.

The hotel is very stylish and location was fantastic for what we needed; quick in and out of the city. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was authentic regional food, well cooked and plenty. I asked for coffee to take with me and there was no problem in filling up my flask! which was very helpful as we were facing a 6h road trip ahead.

The host was very helpful and everything went super smooth. The rooms were great and the view is amazing. The facilities are extremely well maintained and it is just a walk to the squares of Santa Fe.
All the facility is very safe.
Worth going there. The ones of us that stay in Colombia will definitely come back!
This was a lovely stay, in a beautiful hotel. The staff are so helpful, the breakfast amazing, the room great and there are excellent common areas. The hotel is a short walk to the Parque Principal and other attractions, as well as restaurants.

The property was very nice and well located near the central square. It had a restaurant and a very nice breakfast included in the price of the hotel. The room was spacious and had A/C as well as a little desk. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything.
The location was quiet and close to the center of town. Everything was great and the hotel very helpfully arranged to return to us some items we left behind .
