This hotel is very close to the bus terminal. The rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent. I had made a mistake and they helped me fix it and we’re so patient with me, Jose Luis, and the gentleman who is working with him that night were awesome, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic! They had eggs, cheese, various fruits, juice, coffee, and more. The dining area is very comfortable and it was a great way to start a busy day.

A convenient location for downtown area close to the park, the room was very clean, had a very confortable bed and a decent shower. Balcony is just a French door and there is no actual balcony but it is good for fresh air. Both a/c and wifi worked well. There is a minibar with snacks, beers and even wine, but I didn't use it, so I can not comment on the prices.
My room was upstairs and there is no elevator but the receptionist offered to help with my suitcase which was kind but unnecessary for me at least as I travel with carry on only.
Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions, but I am not sure if any English is spoken as I got by with my poor Spanish.
Breakfast in the downstairs Cafe is basic but adequate and there's a good panaderia across the street that's open until 10pm where you can get a beer.
