Our stay was made even better by the customer service we received from Cece. She made us feel welcome from the first minute. She spoke great English and guided us around the area to find food, groceries and even baby essentials as we were travelling with our 1 year old. The hotel staff and room cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle bus going to Disneyland daily. You need to check with the helpful front desk staff there. The staff there were really helpful, especially when they assisted my wife on her China app online purchases (how to). There's also an AI robot in the hotel!!! :)). For me and my family, we will definitely return back to this hotel when we go to Shanghai, as the hotel overall conditions and helpful staff exceed our expectations.
