Staff have limited English but are extremely helpful, friendly and professional and make the process smooth with the help of online translators. Staff explained everything and were helpful with the transfer to the domestic flight the next day.

Our room came with a really nice bathroom which had a huge vanity area and the shower water pressure was strong. Bed was comfortable though we wish we had firmer pillows but that is a personal preference too. We did not have to worry about running out of drinking water as bottles of water are provided at the lift lobby! Breakfast was pretty good too (we loved the porridge). Staff were polite and helpful in making sure our stay was a comfortable one too.
