The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, was helped by Jack on the day we check out for airport pickup arrangement. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great!

Room service is via internet app - circumventing the lack of English. The burger itself was a defrosted piece of leather, but all the rest, the eggs, bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers more than made up for it, and they even understood my request for extra ketchup.

There is free shuttle and easy communication for shuttle pick up. The place is a bit like in a province but we needed to be close to the airport and with the free shuttle, it was very good. Surprisingly the rooms were very clean and the pillow and bed and comforter are very soft. I ask help with other matters and Mr Hu who was communicating to me in WeChat has been super helpful. Because I was in a hurry, he also assisted ahead of time our early check in. I would still choose this hotel if I’ll just stay near the airport
