First the location was incredibly central, but it was tucked away so it was quiet. The staff were hospitable, helpful and they always had an English speaking concierge/receptionist available. The rooms were large. We asked for twin beds and they were both double beds, and so comfortable. Great housekeeping. The biggest bonus for our family was an on-site free self-service laundry room with dryers for guests. They also had a traditional laundry service which was useful for impeccable ironing. The hotel also had an in-hotel food delivery robot - so you could order food via one of the Chinese food apps and the robot delivered it to the room! There was a very spacious bar and lounge area downstairs, with great cocktails. We saw that the in-house restaurant was very popular with outside visitors, and the food smelt exquisite, sadly we had no time to sample it. Great value given it's location and facilities.
