Receptionists 小莫，李看were so polite and helpful arranging our transport to the Wenzhou south rail with hotel car foc. I will never come back to this hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it. We had rooms upgrade because they assigned us smoking rooms at first. Rooms were overall clean. Room service every day, they changed towels. Breakfast was chinese food.

What I liked about this hotel was that the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even made an effort to communicate with me in English, and our messages were successfully conveyed. They also allowed me to use the staff kitchen to prepare my meals, which I brought from my own country. The hotel is close to the convenience store and taxis are easily accessible from the main road.
The location is perfect, not only central but also the heart of the city, very convenient. The view is fantastic. The service is great, people are kind and lovely.
