This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! I like that it was easy to check in (no check-in) just a message with the codes. It was really clean, someone came daily to change the towels and water. It is conveniently close to the Metro station and the delivery was super fast for food or other requirements. Recommended for people that are visiting Hangzhou, small families, or couples and friends. Can easily sleep 4 comfortably. There is a kettle, tea, and some cutlery.
