The location of the resort is unrivaled. Not just are you within the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park but the resort is tucked within a lush green tea estate. If you stay here, do not miss the sunset from the resorts sunset point. Absolutely stunning. If there was one aspect of our stay here even better than the location, it was the resort staff, especially manager Alex. Alex is thoughtful and well informed. We had 3 days at the national park, and he planned our itinerary so well that we missed nothing. But what left me totally overwhelmed was the surprise birthday cake Alex had ordered for me, all the way from the city. This gesture took the 'cake' and was the perfect way to end an absolutely memorable holiday.

The hosts really stood out and were super helpful in creating daily itineraries with us and giving us recommendations. We always had the feeling that we were very well cared for, also while we were exploring the park, as they were always reachable via WeChat and responded swiftly. They made us feel very welcome and even included us in a family birthday party on the premises. We sang karaoke together by the pool and had the best time. Not to forget, the sunlit mountain view from the pool or during dinner were amazing. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Amazing place made even more amazing by the staff. A service team is assigned to every guest upon arrival. Frankie was the person assigned to me and helped me so so so much during my stay. I am a person that has a poor sense of direction so let's just say i needed help to find my way in the park. A couple of pictures later and Frankie knew where I am and had suggestions on how to find my way. Overall, a fantastic experience for me.
