Our room was advertised with 2 double beds. On arrival it seemed the beds were smaller than advertised. Tina and the team resolved this issue by providing a free roll out bed for our stay, so we were happy about this.
The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants, shops and malls (one block from IFS). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

We experienced very good services from the staff throughout our stay. We booked a club room so we had the choice of going to the 36th floor or the first floor for breakfast. In both places the breakfast was good with a lot of choices. We like the location which is alongside the river and it is not in the center of the noisy city. The cab service using Didi is quite reasonably priced and efficient so we could travel to anywhere using the cab service.
