Absolutely the most incredible experience I had my entire 3 weeks backpacking China. The staff is a beautiful family who runs the villa. Sean (one of the owners) speaks perfect English and is so attentive on WeChat days before your stay and will arrange very affordable private transport to and from the train station. He also sat down with me and gave a detailed map of the yellow mountain trail and explained step by step how to complete the entire route. He provided free transportation for us to the hiking entrance as well as after we returned. If you are a solo traveler like me you will appreciate that he grouped myself with some other people together and we had a fantastic time and made new friends! The free breakfast was delicious and they offer an entire menu of lunch and dinner full of authentic local dishes for very adorable prices. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was very cozy and rustic for being right by the mountains. I will always remember this place and recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the most majestic mountains of China! Just like Sean said, he thinks of us as family, and I was treated as such the entire time. :)

Everything was better than expected. Big room and big comfy bed. Helpful manager and staff provided necessary gears for hiking free of charge. Location is super excellent. Right next to the bus station transferring people to cable car. Surrounded by local foods, souvenirs and convenient stores.

I feel very happy to stay in this place, the hotel is quite new and clean, comfy, I also like the location as it sits in a quiet street with only a few steps away the main busy street.

The girl for the reception was very friendly she helped me with the car sharing and also gave me free dumplings and a beer. She said it because I have breakfast included and I did have it. Also, she helped me with the information and tickets for the Huangshan Trails. She was super nice.
