This place was absolutely amazing! First, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We had an early morning train from Zhangjiajie, and they let us check in right when we arrived, well before the usual check-in time. Since we were really tired, it was such a relief to be able to rest and freshen up before exploring the city.
A big thank you to Rebecca—she was so kind and thoughtful. She reached out before our trip to see if we needed help with planning and arranged our visit to Wulong district. She even gave us a detailed itinerary for exploring Chongqing and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed, like organizing takeaway breakfast, laundry, or dinner. She was always there for us, and we’re so grateful for how memorable she made our stay. 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel itself was a peaceful oasis in the middle of a lively city, in a quiet neighborhood near the university. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable.
