Booked 5 night's stay at this hotel because of its good location. There is a large modern shopping mall -MIXC within 5-10 minutes' walk, behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good with a mix of Shantou and western cuisines. The hotel staffs are helpful, especially the duty manager who had assisted us to change the room to non-smoking room and had a large air purifier placed in the new room after we feedback.

When I arrived at the hotel nearby and told them, they even asked me to take a taxi.
Many TV in China Hotel are not turned on without any payment to the TV box. They will use all the method to pretend and let you give up the TV and accept to live without TV and other Room with TV available will be reseverd for other people with discriminating me.
The windows and other facilities in this hotel are damaged.
Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were excellent with fantastic customer service. Location was a short drive from the Shantou Railway Station which is why I picked this location. Super convenient and next to lots of food places and shops. I would absolutely stay here again. Wi Fi is super easy to connect and strong signal.
