Very friendly staff, there was always a member of staff on duty who could speak decent English which is great as the hotel caters for international travellers. Staff also did a very good job of helping in anyway possible and helped to retrieve a lost item without being prompted.

Thanks for the information below from customer Andre, I knew this place was a walking distance from Metro line 12, Fuwei station. I don't understand the low score given to this hotel. You get what you pay: it's not cheap, but the beds are extremely comfortable, have a nice shower, a big room, a Chinese style breakfast included and they have transfer from/to airport. Unfortunately, I couldn't use transfer from airport to hotel because they didn't see my message from Booking, and as everyone says, it's hard to communicate since they can't speak English. I had a 16-hour flight waiting in Sehnzhen and I couldn't be more relaxed in other place.
