The hotel location is ideal. It is within Paradise Walk, an expansive shopping mall area (if you like shopping) and a short 5 minute walk to the Metro Shiyoulu Station Line 1 Exit 2B, making it very convenient to get around Chongqing.
The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices.
My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!
