I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong from December 13th to December 15th.Unfortunately, our experience during this stay did not meet the expectations we had based on our previous visit to Hotel Kerry Parkside, which was truly exceptional. One of the primary issues we encountered was the lack of control over the air conditioning units in our room. The temperature remained uncomfortably high, exceeding 23 degrees Celsius, and there were no provisions available to lower it. This significantly impacted our comfort and overall enjoyment of our stay. We had anticipated a standard of service and amenities that aligns with a four-star hotel, but unfortunately, this experience fell short. We believe that adequate climate control is essential for guest comfort, and the inability to adjust the temperature in our room was disappointing. We hope that you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
