Excellent staff. The room was considerately arranged to accommodate my arrival at midnight per my booking notes.
The location is 20 minutes by foot + subway to the airport and 50 minutes to CBD. Subway Line 11 to the CBD has a premium cabin with nice seats so it does not feel that long.
Room was spacious with modern facilities.

I absolutely was amazed on how the duty manager was able to come out of his way to resolve the taxi abuse that charged me 10 times the transfer cost from airport to hotel not to forget Steven the doorman and reg the exceptional concierge.
