Clean large modern room. Property is close to subway and nice park and lakes as well as the astronomical museum. Situated in a clean well maintained new suburb. Good if you want to be well away from the hectic city centre. Relatively easy taxi ride to the airport. Friendly helpful reception staff.

The rooms were a highlight of our stay: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment with no disturbances from other guests. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our visit, and the bed was not only generously sized but also exceptionally clean and comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was another standout feature. As a modern smart bathroom, it offered ample space and functionality, combining luxury with convenience. The breakfast service was outstanding. Each morning, we were treated to an extensive and varied selection of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Despite the busy atmosphere at times, the staff remained friendly, attentive, and highly efficient, ensuring everyone was well looked after. The check-in process was seamless and quick, and we appreciated the multilingual staff, who were proficient in English and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our request for extra bedding without hesitation. This hotel delivers an unparalleled experience, clearly prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and serene getaway. We had a great 1 x night stay at the Shushe Hotel for an overnight connection at PVG. So we were only at the hotel from 4pm until 9am the next morning. The manager Austin could not have been more helpful. He personally picked us up from the airport (90RMB). And he helped with translation and information. We had dinner in the German Restaurant downstairs (tasty and good atmosphere!) and then breakfast (included) a short buggy ride down the road. Great grounds/private park area that the hotel wraps around with a small playground for the kids.

Very comfortable

The hotel itself was okay, decent for an overnight layover. The staff was able to converse via translation but no one spoke English. There are restaurants in walkable distance (also KFC and Family Mart).
