The room was spacious and comfortable, and the proximity to the metro was convenient. The gym was decent for a short stay, but that’s where the positives ended. Room service was poor, overpriced, and not worth it.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My Father in Law and Mother in Law joined us for the last night as my Mother in Law needed surgery and was going into the hospital the next day. They gave us an extra bed, a bigger room and did everything they could to make things more comfortable. I truly appreciated it.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are so well designed (good wardrobe space) and well equipped with all the little extras you could want (moisturizers etc). Its very thoughtfully done. The rooms and interesting (decor) and we had a great view of the bund. They very kindly let us check in early.
The view from the hotel bar is second to none! the swimming pool and gym are also good.
The breakfast has a great selection and changes daily so you dont get bored. The include barrista coffee at no extra charge which is great as it annoys me when hotels dont include it in the breakfast! Worth paying extra for as its a bit of a walk to any other food outlets.
