Close to Chuansha Metro (nearest exit to the hotel is no.2, you will come across a mall beside a small river at the station entrance/exit). Front desk was kind enough to allow early check-in after our early arrival from Pudong Airport. Staff was patient while trying to assist as I was not able to get connected to Airalo eSIM, since this is my first trip to China. I just speak basic Mandarin but staff made every effort to reduce any communication gaps.
