The hostel is situated very close to the Night Market and to the bus station where a shuttle bus to railway station, airport and Mogao Caves leaves.
We booked a private room for two. At first sight, the room looked as if it was one of the most beautiful hostel rooms I've ever been to: nice furniture, thoughtful decoration, it even had a small balcony.

Because the day trips were so long, I needed to take a break between each one so I wasn't over-tired and I could properly enjoy the experience.

Very nice, well equipped and spacious room. The breakfast in the garden was pleasant, with simple but delicious dishes. There was a very sophisticated souvenir shop cum cafe in the hotel, and an art gallery, both of which we enjoyed spending time in. It was really conveniently located, close to the night market, so we walked around at night, which was cool enough for enjoying the market on the street.
Very good hotel for the price. Room is nice and clean and has everything you need.
The staff there are super helpful with all questions from directions to tours and getting taxis.
I went on a tour organised by the hotel to key places outside of Dunhuang like yumen pass and ghost city. The tour is good value and a must do.

The management is helpful and friendly. Provided free pick up to hotel area, prepared our breakfast according to our departure schedule.
